Full-Time (~40hrs/week)

Description:

As our delivery driver / blind installer, you will:

• Operate delivery van in a safe and responsible manner
• Deliver products to local commercial clients daily
• Provide accurate and timely product deliveries to scheduled customers, while unloading product to the assigned area as directed by the customer
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately
• Comply with all laws and transportation regulations
• Deliver and install blinds and associated hardware to local residential and commercial clients when requested
• Fix blinds and associated hardware for past clients when requested
• Any and all other duties as requested, including inventory and restocking duties in-store

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• High school diploma
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Experience as a delivery driver an asset
• Installation and warehouse knowledge an asset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to work unsupervised
• Able to work out-of-town (occasionally)

Part-time to full-time

Have an eye for colour and a passion for design? Mix that with a splash of customer service and this is the job for you.

Description:

• Provide in-store paint and stain colour consultations, as well as the occasional in-home consultation
• Aid customers with design and colour choice for blinds, window coverings, wallpaper and flooring
• Provide in-store customer service while quoting and processing orders
• Mix paint, colour match, and prepare orders for delivery/pickup

Requirements / Preferred Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a post-secondary interior decorating/design program
• Proficient in English
• Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Well organized and self-motivated

Part-time (16 – 24 hrs / week)

Description:

• Attend to the front counter to greet customers and meet their needs 
• Receive and process orders 
• Prepare orders (mix paint and stain, colour match) 
• Complete point-of-sale transactions

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required
