A hard, high-gloss topside finish, Brightside® Polyurethane creates that sprayed-on look when applied by brush in thin coats. It can be used anywhere above the true waterline, it’s easy to clean, resists staining and has great abrasion resistance.

It’s extremely important to remove contaminants from fiberglass for full adhesion of primers and/or antifouling paints. With its special low VOC formula, Fiberglass Surface Prep does this extremely effectively. It can also be used to remove amine blush from clear epoxy.

This remarkable two-part epoxy coating protects fiberglass hulls from water absorption. It’s formulated with Microplates® that creates an overlapping water barrier. It’s also great for repairing gelcoat that has been damaged by osmotic blistering.

Watertite is a quick drying epoxy filler suitable for use on GRP, Metals and rigid Wood constructions. The formulation does not shrink and is extremely water resistant, making it suitable for osmosis damage repairs.

Bottomkote® XXX is a great value antifouling, providing dependable protection for a whole season. Particularly suitable for fiberglass, wood and steel.

A colorfast, durable and fast drying antifouling, Fiberglass Bottomkote® Aqua offers premium protection from algae, slime, barnacles, zebra mussels and other forms of fouling. Its exceptionally smooth finish is perfect for performance boats.

VC Performance Epoxy is designed to provide the perfect hard racing finish on boats that do not require antifouling, such as rack-stored and trailered boats. Contains fluoro-microadditive to create a smooth, abrasion-resistant surface which can be burnished or sanded to a racing smooth white finish.

Micron CSC provides long-lasting multi-season protection against all kinds of fouling threats, in all conditions. The controlled polishing also reduces the build-up of old coatings and minimizes sanding. The most trusted and dependable antifouling among boat owners, applicators and builders.

VC 17m is a high-performance, friction-reducing antifouling formulated with fluoro-microadditive to produce a super-smooth racing finish. The coating is up to eight times thinner than traditional paint, reducing weight and drag surface, while virtually eliminating paint build-up. Suitable for use in fresh water or low fouling cold salt water.

Cetol® Marine with Next Wave UV-absorbing technology, is a protective, translucent and breathable wood finish for use above the waterline on interior and exterior woods. Note: This produces a satin finish.

Cetol® Marine Gloss creates a superb high gloss hard wearing finish, that’s really easy to clean and has excellent UV protection thanks to its Next Wave™ UV-absorbing technology. However, it can’t be used on decks.

Goldspar Satin produces a warm, rich satin sheen finish that’s scratch and stain resistant. You can use it on all interior surfaces from cabin soles to cabinets – and as it’s so simple to apply, you’ll easily be able to create professional finish by brush or spray.

Schooner® Varnish creates a bright, clear, pristine high gloss finish with a traditional golden color. Added to this it offers remarkable durability, water resistance, UV protection and a nice silky application.

Schooner® Gold is a premium varnish that has a higher film build per coat, so you can work faster and use fewer coats. It’s our longest lasting one-part varnish and will require thinning in most conditions to achieve optimum flow. Plus, it contains advanced UV protection.

A slow drying solvent, Brushing Liquid 333 eases brushing and helps with the flow of specified paint coatings. It’s also recommended for use in various topside systems to remove sanding residue from fiberglass and wood surfaces.

Interlux Fiberglass Solvent Wash is amazing at removing mold release agents, wax, oil and grease from hulls of bare fiberglass boats. It also removes wax and silicone contamination from painted hull surfaces that are being prepared for repainting.

105 Epoxy Resin is the base material on which all WEST SYSTEM 105 System epoxy compounds are built. It is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Blended with hardener at the proper ratio, it cures to a hard, solid plastic with superior physical properties. Based on which hardener you choose, it cures at a wide range of temperatures.  Once cured, it forms a high-strength solid that is functionally waterproof, and highly resistant to moisture vapor.

205 Fast Hardener is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent. It is useful in a majority of bonding situations, and at lower temperatures. 205 Fast Hardener produces a rapid epoxy cure that develops physical properties quickly at room temperature. Mix it with WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin in a five-part resin to one-part hardener ratio. The resulting cured epoxy is a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid. The combination of 105 Resin/205 Fast Hardener has excellent bonding and coating properties.

206 Slow Hardener is a low-viscosity epoxy curing agent for use when extended working time or a longer cure time is needed. It also provides adequate working time at higher shop temperatures. When combined with 105 resin in a five-part epoxy resin to one-part hardener ratio, the cured resin/206 Slow Hardener mixture yields a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and barrier coating properties. 206 Slow Hardener is not intended for clear coating.

209 Extra Slow Hardener is formulated for use with WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin for general coating and bonding applications in extremely warm and/or humid conditions or when extended working time is desired at room temperature. Provides approximately twice the working time of 206 Slow Hardener. Forms a clear, amber-colored solid with good physical properties and moisture resistance for bonding and coating applications. Not intended for clear coating.

Blush-free 207 Special Clear Hardener was developed for coating and fiberglass cloth application where an exceptionally clear, moisture-resistant, natural wood finish is desired. Blended with 105 Epoxy Resin, 207 Hardener will not blush or turn cloudy in humid conditions. Thin film applications roll out and tip off smoothly, requiring less sanding in preparation for finish coatings.

Professional and first-time builders like 207 Special Clear Hardener because it is reliable, easy to use, as does not blush. Three coats or more can be applied in one day without additional surface preparation. Fewer coats are required to fill fiberglass weave and in most cases, the final coating can be sanded the following day. Boats can be built faster. Builders also appreciate the excellent fiberglass wet-out characteristics achieved with 105 Resin/207 Special Clear Hardener, yet it won’t drain from vertical surfaces like the very slow curing, low-viscosity epoxies.

105/207 Epoxy has strong physical properties, so it can be used as a structural adhesive for gluing and laminating. It has excellent compatibility with paints and varnishes. An ultraviolet inhibitor in 207 Special Clear Hardener helps provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish when used with quality UV filtering varnish. 105/207 cures clear and colorless.

420 Aluminum Powder will increase the hardness and abrasion resistance of the coated surface and improve its moisture resistance. 420 provides limited protection from ultraviolet light in areas that will not be protected with other coatings, and can be used as a base for subsequent painting. Cures to a metallic gray color.

A proprietary blend designed to improve cured epoxy’s moisture exclusion effectiveness. 422 is used as a barrier coating additive to help prevent gelcoat blistering in polyester fiberglass boat bulls. 422 also increases the epoxy’s abrasion resistance. Cures to a light gray color.

423 Graphite Powder is a fine black powder that can be mixed with epoxy to produce a low-friction exterior coating with increased scuff resistance and durability. Epoxy/graphite is commonly used as a low-load, low-speed bearing surface, as a coating on rudders and centerboards, or on the bottoms of racing craft that are dry sailed. It does not provide antifouling qualities. The epoxy/graphite mixture cures to a black color.
